إنّ التصريحات التي أدلى بها الدكتور الحاج آدم يوسف في برنامج الجزيرة المسائية بشأن قضية تسليم المتهمين إلى المحكمة الجنائية الدولية تمثل استفزازًا صارخًا لمشاعر الضحايا، وتحديًا واضحًا للقانون الدولي، وتشجيعًا لثقافة الإفلات من العقاب، كما تُعد مشاركة معنوية في التغطية على الجرائم المرتكبة.وإزاء ذلك، فإننا ندين بشدة هذه المواقف غير المسؤولة، ونؤكد مطالبتنا—بل وتشديدنا—على ضرورة تسليم جميع الضالعين في تدمير السودان وارتكاب الجرائم بحق الشعب السوداني إلى العدالة الدولية والإقليمية دون استثناء

ونجدد ثقتنا الكاملة في عدالة قضيتنا، وفي التزامنا الثابت بملاحقة جميع الجناة حتى ينالوا العقاب المستحق وفقًا للقانون الدولي.

The statements made by Dr. Al-Haj Adam Yousif on Al Jazeera Al-Masaa’iyya regarding the issue of surrendering suspects to the International Criminal Court constitute a blatant provocation to the victims, a clear challenge to international law, and an encouragement of impunity. They also amount to a form of moral participation in covering up the crimes committed.Accordingly, we strongly condemn these irresponsible positions and reaffirm our demand—and indeed our insistence—on the necessity of surrendering all those involved in the destruction of Sudan and in committing crimes against the Sudanese people to international and regional justice without exception.We renew our full confidence in the legitimacy of our cause and in our unwavering commitment to ensuring that all perpetrators are held accountable in accordance with international law.
