منظمة مشاد ترحب بتوقيع آلية الإفراج عن المحتجزين على خلفية النزاع المسلح بين جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية وتحالف نهر الكونغو/حركة M23، وتؤكد استعدادها الكامل لتيسير تنفيذ عمليات الإفراج وفق ما تم الاتفاق عليه بوساطة مشكورة من دولة قطر.
Mashad Organization welcomes the signing of the mechanism for the release of detainees related to the armed conflict between the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Congo River Alliance/M23 Movement. The Organization reaffirms its full readiness to facilitate the release process, in line with the agreement reached through the valued mediation of the State of Qatar.
