According to their accounts, the Rapid Support Forces are committing grave violations, including forcibly extracting blood from civilians and carrying out brutal organ-removal operations—targeting even children’s kidneys and other organs—with the involvement of a foreign medical team.

What is taking place in El Fasher constitutes an appalling crime that surpasses all bounds of humanity. This demands urgent intervention from the United Nations and international organizations to halt these atrocities and protect the civilians who remain trapped in the city.
