إننا نعرب عن امتناننا للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية لاستجابتها ووصول وفدها إلى دولة تشاد للاستماع مباشرة إلى الضحايا، وهي خطوة تعزز ثقتنا وتعاوننا مع المحكمة في مسار العدالة

ونؤكد للضحايا وللشعب السوداني أن كل من شارك في تدمير الوطن أو ارتكب جرائم ضد الإنسانية لن يفلت من العقاب مهما كانت مكانته، وأننا ماضون بثبات في سبيل تحقيق العدالة ومحاسبة جميع المتورطين في مأساة السودان.

We express our deep gratitude to the International Criminal Court (ICC) for its responsiveness and the arrival of its delegation in Chad to hear directly from the victims — a step that strengthens our confidence and cooperation with the Court in the pursuit of justice.We assure the victims and the Sudanese people that no one involved in the destruction of our nation or in committing crimes against humanity will escape accountability, regardless of their position or power.We remain firmly committed to the path of justice and the prosecution of all those responsible for the tragedy of Sudan.
