وقد رصد المرصد، من خلال التوثيق والمصادر الميدانية، وقوع محارق مروعة استهدفت المئات من النساء والأطفال، في انتهاك صارخ للقانون الدولي الإنساني.ويؤكد مرصد مشاد أن هذه الأفعال تشكل جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية، ويدعو إلى فتح تحقيق دولي عاجل ومستقل لتحديد المسؤولين عن هذه الجرائم ومحاسبتهم، وضمان العدالة والإنصاف للضحايا وذويهم.
